A guide to our Postage and Packaging charges

 

 

As users of online services ourselves there is nothing more frustrating than inflated postage and packaging costs that are either unclear or hidden until the final stages of placing an order.
We therefore have a clear pricing policy where you pay the cost of postage and packaging, calculated by weight or, in some cases, nothing at all!

UK Mainland P&P

UK Mainland P&P

P&P to mainland UK for any kits/hulls* or orders including kits/hulls* are delivered next day** FREE OF CHARGE by overnight courier.

Orders excluding kits/hulls* can be delivered by 'Economy' or 'Express' delivery.
Mainland Economy delivery is by Royal Mail first class.
Mainland Express delivery is a next day** courier service.

* Kits/hulls are products listed in 'Static Ship Kits', 'Radio Control Ship Kits' and 'Powerboat Hulls'.

** Despite our best efforts, from time to time some items do temporarily run out of stock, next day delivery is therefore next day from date of dispatch - Scottish Highlands are a 2 day delivery service.

UK Islands P&P

P&P to UK Islands can be delivered by 'Economy ' or 'Express' delivery.
UK Islands Economy* delivery is by Royal Mail first class.
UK Islands Express delivery is a rapid courier service.

Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands.

Note: For Scottish Highlands, use UK Mainland P&P.

* Due to volume limits UK Islands Economy is not available on some larger items (kits etc.) and may therefore not be an option during checkout.

European Union P&P

Orders for delivery within the EU (excluding the UK) can be delivered by 'Economy' or 'Express' delivery.
EU Economy* delivery is by Royal Mail Surface Mail.
EU Express delivery is a rapid courier service.

We do not currently ship to Cyprus, Greece or Malta.

* Due to volume limits EU Economy is not available on some larger items (kits etc.) and may therefore not be an option during checkout.
